Wandile Duba Pens a new deal with Kaizer Chiefs
Kaizer Chiefs have moved quickly to secure the future of striker Wandile Duba after reaching an agreement on a new contract with the development product.
The 21-year old academy product has inked a new long-term contract with Amakhosi that will keep him in Naturena beyond the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.
Duba’s previous contract with Kaizer Chiefs was due to expire at the end of June, but the club has moved swiftly to end the uncertainty on his future by rewarding him with a long-term contract.
Touted as one of the brightest Amakhosi prospect, the club has placed much faith in the youngster as they view him as an important part of the club going forward.
Duba has come clutch for the Soweto-giants towards the end of the last campaign featuring in 21 matches across all competitions during the 2025/26 campaign, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
Since making the step up to the senior team, he has accumulated 60 appearances across all competitions, contributing nine goals and five assists.
