Health Minister Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi has expressed his condolences after his official vehicle struck and killed a woman and her infant child on the N1 highway near Bela-Bela, Limpopo.

 The pedestrians were crossing the road to reach the scene of an earlier, separate accident where the woman’s husband was killed, with both incidents currently under investigation by the South African Police Service and IPID
