Co-ed schooling better prepares learners for the workplace: Experts
UMHLANGA — Co-educational schooling provides a distinct advantage for learners entering the workforce by fostering collaboration and reducing gender stereotypes, according to education experts.
Reddam House uMhlanga Executive Head Chad Moses stated that mixed-gender learning environments mirror the modern workplace, allowing students to collaborate in structured spaces.
Moses challenged the notion that single-sex institutions offer superior academic outcomes, citing extensive research that shows no consistent academic advantage to separating boys and girls.
